She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis P. Cusimano; her parents, Charles Murph and Ruth Murph (Worley); her grandson Christopher Paul Hackman; and her sister Marie Hagspiel.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Cusimano, IV, Kelly, Michael Cusimano (Tammy), Rose Willis (Gerry) and Betsy Adams (John). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
