She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Sipe and Hilda Sipe (Toomey); her husband Marlin S. Hoover; and her son Scott M. Hoover. She is survived by: her children, Craig A. Hoover of Red Lion, PA and Yvette M. Baldwin of Dover, PA; her grandsons, Jason M. Baldwin and Ryan J. Baldwin; and her brother Robert Sipe of Spring Grove.
