He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. and Mary E. Hartman (Mummert); and his granddaughter Courtney E. Seidel. He is survived by: his wife Pat (Rohrbaugh); his children, Charles L. "Chuck" Hartman, Jr. (Anita), Julie A. Waltersdorff (Thomas), Michael A. Hartman (Linda) and Stefanie A. Hartman; and his sisters, Emma Hartman, Rachel Grimm and Gloria Yinger. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
