He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Shaffer and Betty Shaffer (Hoover). He is survived by : his wife Linda L. Shaffer (Wagner); his children, Sheri L. Bankert (Darryl), Jeffrey A. Shaffer (Kimberly), Kevin E. Shaffer (Michelle) and Matthew C. Shaffer (Dawn); and his brothers, Gerald Shaffer, Marvin Shaffer and Bryan Shaffer. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
