He was predeceased by : his sister Kathy Kern. He is survived by : his wife Julie M. Hoover (Trone); his parents, Jacob Hoover, Jr. and Vivian Hoover (Kessler); his children, Erica Biesinger (Brandon), Drew Hoover (Rachel), Jessa Hoover and Molly Hoover; his stepchildren, Randi Chandler, Stephen Chandler and Colton Chandler; his grandchildren, Beau, Hattie and Charlotte; and his siblings, Michael Hoover (Barbara) and Cheryl Bohnert (Michael).
