It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis S. Mummert of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Mummert and Sadie V. Mummert (Fuhrman); and his siblings, Spurgeon Mummert, Ivan Mummert, Janet Miller and Gladys Hartman.

He is survived by: his wife Kathryn K. Mummert (Kendig); and his children, Denise Holtzapple (Mark), Todd Mummert (Brenda), Beth Marshall (Larry) and Eric Mummert. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dennis' memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
