In loving memory of Ethel M. Swope of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on August 25, 2025 at the age of 95. Ethel leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie (Melvin Myers) and Ethel; her sisters, Romain, Dorothy and Loretta; and her great great grandchild Caroline Beaverson.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Swope; her children, Darlene Zinn, Robert Swope, Deb Fishel and Denise Carter; and her sister Maryann Douglass. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 100 E. Water St., Abbottstown, PA 17301.
