He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Plunkert and Treva Plunkert. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Plunkert (Cindy), Tina Durboraw (Todd) and John Cullison (Carrie); and his siblings, Ruth Parsons of Hanover, Calvin Plunkert (Connie) of Hanover, Kenneth Plunkert (Linda) of Gettysburg, Janet Dayhoff of Maryland and Edith Mummert (Ronald) of Hanover.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove who took excellent care of him in his last months or the Pappus House in Thomasville.
