Sterling Rinehart Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sterling Rinehart of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sterling departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sterling may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sterling leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rinehart and Nancy Rinehart (Rupp). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Lea Weigandt (Nelson) of New Freedom, Jason Rinehart (Carol) of Holly, MI, Owen Rinehart (Kathy) of Hanover and Wendy Stremmel (Mike) of Red Lion; and his sisters, Hilda Solito of Red Lion and Sue Heidler of Brogue. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View Church (10384 Winterstown Rd, Red Lion, PA 17356). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
