With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Blair Berkey of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Blair Berkey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce "Skip" Berkey; and his brother-in-law Brian "Bud" Stahlman. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce S. Berkey and Shirley A. Berkey (McCombie) of State College; his wife Sandra Berkey (Fisher); his children, Heather Budnovitch (Steven) of Moscow, PA, Ashley Helman (Jason) of Moscow, PA and Luke Berkey (Krystal) of Centre Hall; his sister Karen Metzger (Lee) of PA Furnace; and his grandchildren, Emma Marie (Elliott Elizabeth), Peyton Abigail (James Victoria), Noah Robert, Logan Bruce and Owen James.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Millheim, PA 16854-0437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
