She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Stover, Jr. and Bernice I. Stover. She is survived by: her husband Robert Bartley; her children, Julie Long Aldrich (Randy) and Brian Long (Johana); her stepchildren, Tracy Hagelyans (Artie) of Spring Mills, Kenny Bartley of Lewistown and Kerry Bartley (Brandy) of Milesburg; her siblings, James Stover III of Aaronsburg and Vickie Stover Eaton of Howard; and her pet Shep. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Judy may be given to Penns Valley EMS, 106 Ross Hill Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
