He was predeceased by: his father Ernest L. Rider; and his brother Timothy "Butch" Rider. He is survived by: his mother Nancy J. Rider (Lyons); his children, Christina Rider and Zachary Rider; and his sisters, Vicki Gilbert (Bill), Sonja Rider Evans, Karen Rider and Tess Rider.
Contributions in memory of Bill may be given to the Gregg Township Fire Company.
