He is survived by: his children, Daniel Kulik Jr. (Gayle) of Brookville, PA, Robin Spellman (Kevin) of Albion and Craig Fried (Melissa) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Wyatt Kulik, Morgan Long (Spencer), Onnastasia Hanisek (Tanner), Aubrey Gollmer (Kevin), Justin Fried and Shelby Fried; his great grandchildren, Mabel Long, Stetson Long and Pearlie Gollmer; and his brothers, Larry Kulik (Sue) of Waterford and Mike Kulik (Carolyn) of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any American Kidney Association.
