He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Smith and Bernice H. Smith (Bronson); his siblings, Alice Freedline, Mary Grahn and Roy Smith; and his children-in-law, Valerie Smith and Keith O'Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his children, Cynthia Repoff (Samuel), Pamela O'Baker and David Smith; his stepchildren, John Stemple (Beverly), Jeff Stemple, Ted Hemstreet (Stacy) and Peggy Crowe (Terry); his siblings, Iva Daire and Paul Smith (Sally); his grandchildren, Holly Marucci, Todd Repoff, Jacob O'Baker, Forrest Smith and Miranda Smith; and his friends, Don and Leroy. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
