He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Coulter (Padden). He is survived by: his father Samuel Coulter; his children, Diane Springer (Mark) and Thomas Coulter (Charmaine); his niece Barbara Good (Bob); his great-niece Stephanie; his great-nephew Zach; and his former wife Joan Maslo.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi (136 Saxer Ave, Springfield, PA 19064). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (136 Saxer Ave, Springfield, PA 19064).
