He was predeceased by: his father Frank Anthony DiSerafino, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ruth K. DiSerafino; his mother Mary DiSerafino; his siblings, Cynthia Gaster (DiSerafino), Mark DiSerafino (Dottie), Steve DiSerafino (Tracey) and David DiSerafino; and his grandchildren, Joshua Ryan West, Briana Kennedy, Blaire Kennedy, Kathleen Kennedy and Lynnette Kennedy (Quentyn). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM at the St. Pius X Church (220 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
