He was predeceased by : his grandfather James Holstein; and his cousin John Von Pfaff. He is survived by : his pet Brody; his parents, Donna Canavin and James J. Holstein; his stepparents, Kim Holstein and Louis Canavin; his siblings, Cody Jozwiak (Gina Jozwiak), Nicholas (Sabrina Canavin), Nikki and Kellee (Jamie Holstein); his niece Vienna; and his nephew Gio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
