She was predeceased by: her husband John Navarro; her parents, Frederick "Reds" D'Imperio and Julia D'Imperio; and her sister Judith Ann Puleio. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Smith (Scott); her grandchildren, Keoni and Kai Smith; and her siblings, Mary Campbell and Michael D'Imperio (Linda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (136 Saxer Ave, Springfield Township, PA 19064). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Joan's memory be made to St. Francis of Assisi School, 112 Saxer Avenue, Springfield, PA 19064, or The Larc Norcross School, 1089 Creek Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
