He is survived by: his wife Ahnee Sacco Voelker; his children, Steven Voelker (Carrie), Joseph Voelker (Mary), Rachel Voelker (Brittany), Erin Voelker Ketchen (Mike) and Jake Voelker (Paige); his grandchildren, Alexander, Zoe, Molly and Magnolia "Noli Jane"; and his sisters, Patricia O'Leary (Edward), Janice Leavy and Mary Gaskell (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
