He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Frattari; his parents, Pasqualine Frattari and Luigi Frattari; and his siblings, Julia and Gus.
He is survived by: his children, Marisa Frattari and Philip M. Frattari; and his brother Joseph (Anna Marie). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Kevin's Church (200 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Kevin Parish (200 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
