He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Tirney and Gerry Tirney (Lechner). He is survived by: his wife Patti Tirney (Lowrey); his children, Andrew Tirney (Dina), Lauryn Roth (Ed), Jeff Tirney (Kristen), Mike Tirney (Erin) and Kaity Bornaschella (Bill); and his grandchildren, Charlie, Dominic, Gia Tirney, Abby, Avery Roth of Charlotte, JT, Caroline Tirney, Finn, Kathryn Tirney, Mae, Will and Baby Bornaschella.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Kevin's Church (200 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Kevin Catholic Church (200 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Temple Lung Center would be sincerely appreciated.
