With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faith M. Gantner of Star Junction, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Faith is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Faith's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zaph and Sharon Roley Zaph; her husband Alvin E. Gantner; and her stepson Greg Gantner. She is survived by: her children, Dana (Jim King), Jason (Nicole Ritenour), Jeff (Rebecca Ritenour) and Brandy Valentine of Charleroi; and her former husband John B. Ritenour. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations - Perryopolis (191 Liberty St, Perryopolis, PA 15473).
