She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sasarak and Katherine Grimplin Sasarak; her husband Frank J. Polachek; her brother Andrew Sararak; and her sibling's children, John Andrew Sararak, Ronald Gene Sasarak, Eugene Polachek and Kathyln Harris.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Rob C. McElfresh of Eighty Four, Anthony Lewgood of Lexington, KY, Michael Harris of Madison, WI, Nicholas Zantol of Dayton, OH, Karen Relovsky of Pittsburgh and Ida Lynn Stockton of Washington; and her aunt Betty Vachon. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
