He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil DonTigny and Helen Halverson DonTigny; his son Mark DonTigny; his brother Richard DonTigny; and his pets, Schwartz, Teddy and Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna N. Kaiser; his children, Steve T. DonTigny (Terry) of Falls Church, VA and Mary Beth Hoffman (Mark) of Boalsburg, PA.; his siblings, Donald DonTigny of Kalispell, MT and Margaret Holliday of Lovettsville, VA; his daughter-in-law Sheri Lynn Rothermel; his grandchildren, Emilie DonTigny, Helen Grace, Ben and Shannon Hoffman (Claire Hoffman); and his grandchild-in-law Montana. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
