He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy S. Nicholas and Rosalie Nicholas (Kelly); and his siblings, John Nicholas and Doris Pottios. He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Nicholas (Mingle) of State College, PA; his sons, Robert E. Nicholas (Jennifer) of State College, PA and Bradley L. Nicholas (Joyce) of Medford, MA; his siblings, Marie Karstetter (Larry "Red"), June McCaleb (Perry) and Eugene Nicholas (Heidi); and his sister-in-law Nora Nicholas of Loganton, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc. (95 E Main St, Loganton, PA 17747). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home (95 E Main St, Loganton, PA 17747). A burial was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Mt. Union Cemetery.
