He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Hollis H. Andrews and Beulah T. Andrews Zindren. He is survived by : his parents, Duane R. Andrews of Ormsby, PA and Julene A. LaComb Andrews of Smethport, PA.; his grandparents, Robert J. Lacomb, Sr. and Elva J. LaComb of Liverpool, NY; his sister Kara Y. Claycomb (Ron) of Smethport, PA; his nieces, Brianna R. Tanner of Bradford, PA and Adrianna M. Claycomb of Smethport, PA; and his nephew Kraig M. Tanner (Alexandria) of Bradford, PA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Common Wheel of Lancaster, PA or the Nittany Mountain Biking Association of State College, PA.
