He is survived by: his husband George McElwee; his children, Teri-Jo Scott (Ed), Tami Taylor (Ken) and David Baney (Leanna); his grandchildren, Kailey Rinaldi (Dennis), Kelsey Kunkle (Christian), Marissa Baney and John Scott; and his former wife Nancy Baney of North Port, FL.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
