He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Lewandowski (Flenner) and Louis F Masney. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Papoutsis Masney; his stepson Gregory Rhinehart (Lisa); his son Rodney Masney (Pam); his grandchildren, Zach Masney (Jayson), Elizabeth Bricker (Dane), Alexandra Carlo (Nick), Cole Rhinehart and Kara Rhinehart; his brother Bill Masney of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, James Papoutsis and Ettie Papoutsis.
