He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Andolina (Vota) of Leechburg, Pennsylvania.; his son Matthew Andolina; his grandson Luke of Orlando, Florida; his daughter Alicia-Maria Benner of Centre Hall; his granddaughters, Reagan and Laine; and his child Shauna-Maria Andolina.
