She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Gahr and Anna Gahr; her husband Richard; and her daughter Cynthia Dietz. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Stephen Greene, Richard Dietz, Deanna Paris, Gahr Lessner, Kaila Lessner and Madeline Lessner; and her great grandchildren, Alex Greene, Cora, Leo Paris and Bennett Lessner.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (3320 St Peters Dr, Waldorf, MD 20601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
