She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Crowe and Marie Crowe; her daughter Barbara Marie Atkinson DeFrancesco; and her sister Margaret "Peggy" Crowe Heming. She is survived by : her children, Scott David Atkinson of State College, Steven Clark Atkinson of Ava Maria, Fla. and Beth Ann Atkinson McGonigle of Bolivia, N. C.; her son-in-law Dr. Martin DeFrancesco of Charleston, S. C.; and her grandchildren, Steven Atkinson Jr., Nicholas Atkinson, Benjamin Atkinson, Madeline Atkinson, Maria DeFrancesco, Dr. Anna DeFrancesco, Martin DeFrancesco, Jr., Olivia DeFrancesco, David Atkinson, Jonathan Atkinson and Samantha Atkinson Liguori. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
