He is survived by : his wife Linda Marie Snook; his daughters, Kathy Franks Fisher and Diane Franks Matter; his son-in-law Jeff; and his grandchildren, Kylie Berry (Andrew), Matthew Fisher, Jena Brent (Travis) and Seth Matter (Amanda).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org, a cause close to Dick's heart.
