He is survived by: his wife Debra Fogarty; his sons, Matthew Fogarty (Elyse Eshelman) of Hyattsville, MD and Michael Fogarty of Washington, DC; his grandson Theo Fogarty; and his brothers, James Fogarty (Beth) of Berwyn, IL, Daniel Fogarty (Barbe) of Kutztown and Paul Fogarty (Frances) of Oakdale, CA. He is also survived by family members and friends.
