Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Moser and Gertrude Ann Liebel Moser; and his siblings, Raymond F. Moser and Kathleen Ann Moser. He is survived by: his wife Rita Barber Moser; and his children, William J. "Bill" Moser (Zuleika Esterline-Moser) of Garden City, MI and Mary Moser Mitchell (Chad F. Mitchell) of Towson, MD. He is also survived by two grandsons; and three granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (820 Westerly Pkwy, State College, PA 16801). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
