He was predeceased by : his mother Marjorie C. Newton. He is survived by : his father Fielder N. Newton; his brothers, Lawrence L. Newton (Rebecca) of Huntingdon, G. William Newton (Glenda) of Nashville, TN and Jeffrey N. Newton (Carolyn); his nieces and nephews, Laura Newton Costa (Michael) of Severna Park, MD, Bradley L. Newton (Andrea) of Tempe, AZ, Katherine Newton Fischer (Matthew) of Hingham, MA, Stephen L. Newton (Kelly) of Hingham, MA, James W. Newton (Britt) of Scituate, MA, Megan Newton Lanese (Christopher) of Olympia, WA, Amy Newton Zehnder (Neil), Lauren M. Lowe of Chicago, IL and R. Harrison Lowe of Nashville, TN.; his wife Sheila; his friends, Dean, Jill Plafcan and Mark J. Ludwig of North Versailles; and also, Samuel and Steven of State College. He is also survived by classmates who, across the years, were true friends.
