She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Henshaw and Margaret Henshaw (Trugan); and her husband George Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Shirley A. Ballock of Myrtle Beach, SC and George A. Patrick (Sharon) of State College, PA; and her grandchildren, John Ballock, Stephanie Reese, David Patrick and Michele Helffrich. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church (610 Blanchard St, Osceola Mills, PA 16666).
