With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William D. Morgan in State College, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William D. Morgan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Morgan and Olive Briner Morgan of McClure; and his siblings, Jack, Lavinia, Grace and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Hetrick); his sons, Jon Cicero (Patty) and Mark Forest Hill, MD (Krista); his grandchildren, Sean (Becky) of Seattle, WA, Ryan (Aberdeen, MD), Maggie and Brandon (Baltimore, MD); his great grandchild Arthur Bud; and his sister-in-law Carole Morgan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
