She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy R. Edmonds and Mary M. Steele Edmonds; her sons, Kevin Edmonds and Duane Edmonds; and her sisters, Rochelle Edmonds Arp, Karen Byrd, Vivian Mantle and Sylvia Turner.

She is survived by: her daughter Clarice'Reecie'Cox (Kenneth); her niece Lisa Fulton; her granddaughters, Taietta Venable (Shawn Burton), Chelsea Cox and Jaquala Venable; her great-nephew Dana Fulton; her great grandchildren, Dawaun Venable, Nevaeh Harris, Layani Anderson, Kah'lani Burton, Amaya Venable, Kylee Venable and Levi Venable; and her pet Dakota. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
