He was predeceased by: his father Samuel G. Sundy, Sr.; and his daughter Khristen M. Sundy. He is survived by: his mother Carrie H. Sundy (Burd) of Loysville; his children, John W. Sundy, Jr. and Jennifer E. Volchko of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Dante, Ava, Jemma, Savannah, Colson and Cailynn; and his siblings, Samuel G. Sundy, Jr. (Carolyn) of Mechanicsburg, Sandy L. Goshorn of Carlisle, Robert E. Sundy (Tina) and Sharon K. Gross.
