He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Hammaker, Sr. and Alice C.. He is survived by: his stepfather Leo Hirsch; his siblings, Charles D. Hammaker, Jr., MaryGrace Hammaker and Karen Fetterolf; and his siblings' children, Alicia, Alayna, Alexis Duplessie and Leeandur Fetterolf.
