He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sr. Haynes and Mildred Haynes (Weik). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Haynes (Sweigart); his grandchildren, Michelle Rucci, Steven Burd, Jamie Westcott and Janelle Sweigart; his great grandchildren, Eric Westcott, Meghan Bartholomew and Ariana Ivie; his sister Bridget Throckmorton (Ray) of Richmond, VA.; and also, Vicki L. Sweigart of Ephrata, Janis L. Westcott of Reading and Christopher M. Haynes of Mount Joy.
