He is survived by: his wife Thongphoun Phorasavong; his daughters, Tiphanie Phommahaxay (Alan) of Ephrata, PA and Elizabeth Phorasavong (Jimmy Souvannarath) of Mankato, MN.; and his siblings, Outama Dethvongsa of Illinois, Seumphone Ayavong of Illinois, Beatrice Phorasavong of Illinois, Bruce Wu of Illinois, Seng Phorasavong of Illinois, Pheophan Phorasavong of Illinois, Vilayvanh Phorasavong of Illinois and Jacqueline Skriba of Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
