He is survived by: his mother Fern Burkholder (Burkholder) of Ephrata; his wife Almeta Burkholder (Zimmerman); his children, Alicia (Kendal Burkholder), Carleen (Justin Sensenig), Laronda (Glendon Burkholder), Donnita (Benjamin Burkholder), Wilson Burkholder and Destiny Burkholder; his grandchildren, Delvin, Daxton, Trent, Darryn, Aiden, Evan and Judson; and his siblings, Grace Ann (John Lehman), Nelson Lee (Marcela), Mervin Ray (Brenda), Glen (Judy), Martha (Conrad Martin), Durrel (Christine), Sylvia Faye (Harold Case, Jr.) and Gerald Burkholder (Ephrata).
