He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Therese Mahler; and his children, Michael Philip Lecuyer (Linda Marie Queen Denton, MD), Harold Anthony (Eileen Lecuyer), NJ (Timothy Scott), Melodie Ann Lecuyer (NJ) and Linda Lee (Scott).
