He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Neely. He is survived by: his mother Donna J. Barnes (Albert); his wife Stacy Neely; his sons, Ryan (Kaya) and Austin; his sisters, Donna Bannon (Andrew) and Lisa Frye (Robert Clemson); and his brother-in-law Darryl Witmer (Megan). He is also survived by three nieces; four nephews; three great nieces; and two great nephews.
