She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Orwig and Ellen Orwig (List); and her brothers, Kenneth, Russel, Charles, Clayton and Franklin Orwig.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Hostler; her sisters, Margaret Harman (John), Mary Overmiller (Luther), Hazel and Betty Swartz; her children, Carol Neal (Steve), William Hostler, Sr. (Wendy) and Keith Hostler (Ellen); her grandchildren, Anne Hostler (Ronnie), Stevie Neal (Tonya), Stephanie Lux, Billie Jo Hostler, Joseph Hostler (Sarah), William Hostler, Jr. and Jenna Einsig (Mitch); her great grandchildren, Joshua Gillespie, Jennifer Ridolfi (Jon), Stephen Neal, Brooke Bosley, Kaleb, Noah, Logan, Bentley Hostler, Milton, Clayton Hostler, Ryker Gilley, Jacob Hostler and Rowan Einsig; her great great grandchildren, Beau and Colt Ridolfi; and her close friend Barb Muggio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many, many great-great nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Dorothy requested donations be made to the Stewartstown Senior Center or St. John's (Sadler's) Lutheran Church, Stewartstown, Pennsylvania in honor of Clayton, Ellen Orwig and Family.
