He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Jackson Hook and Doris Bertha (Schmuff); and his siblings, John Robert Hook and Deborah Hook Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne K. Hook (Koyzis). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
