Blevins; his stepsisters, Thelma Rush and Rosa Lee Simmons; and his nieces and nephews, Monica Torbert (Ed), Jan Bartenslager (Maria), Kim Bartenslager, David Smith, Kathy DiPeppe, Jeff Smith (Ann), Joyce Thacker (Mike) and Kenny Blevins.
