He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy"; his pet Clyde; his sister Patricia "Patti" Horowitz (Jeff); his niece Jessie Mades (Will); his nephew Jarrett Horowitz (Sara); and his great-nieces, Anna and Zoe Horowitz.
