He is survived by: his wife Peggy Young Philson; his children, James Philson (Kitty) and Kimberly Croskey (Thomas); his sister Nancy Walters of Delano, PA.; his grandchildren, Jessica Philson (Corey Beers), Ashley Philson, Justin Philson (Sue Mullen), Timothy Croskey (Zada) and David Croskey (Rachel Barner); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Philson, Connor Philson, Abigail Beers, Ingrid Croskey and Paul Croskey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to a charity of the giver's choice.
